Mr. Rink is the senior project manager for utilities and energy management at the University
of Rochester. Mr. Lyons is the Northeast field representative for the National Electrical
Manufacturers Association (NEMA). He assists AHJ’s and product end users with
applications and code requirements in eleven Northeast states and the District of Columbia.
